Dr. Pillai Global Academy, Gorai won the Pillai Staff Cricket League (Season-5) Champions Title by beating Pillai HOC Campus (NTS) team in the finals by 7 wickets. Earlier in the semifinals Dr. Pillai Global Academy, Gorai beat the defending champion of last 3 years Dr. K. M. Vasudevan Pillai Campus (A) team in a thriller by 6 wickets. Jitesh of Dr. Pillai Global Acdemy adjudged as the Man of the Series.
