HOC International School Triumph Mumbai Division School Volleyball Championship
The HOC International School Volleyball team made us proud by winning the prestigious Under-19 years boys Mumbai Division School Volleyball Championship Title held at Rasayani from 22nd to 25th October, 2013. The Team led by Dishant Rawat, a 12th Std. student and the setter of the team outclassed every team during the tourney.
This was the third consecutive title glory of the team in the academic year 2013-14. The first one was the Raigad District School title held at Rasayani from 10th to 11th October, 2013. Followed by Jr. State Volleyball Championship held at Baramati on 20th October, 2013, where almost the same team represent Mumbai and adjudged with Runners-Up title.
In the latest tourney finals the team beat Mumbai Suburb District Champion and a 10th time defending champion Thakur Junior College with a thumping Margin (23-25), (25-18), (15-08).
Now the team will represent Mumbai Division at State School Volleyball Championship at Akola from 12th to 14th November, 2013.
